Returns and Refunds
All purchased products can be returned provided that you must notify us of your intention to return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery. We require that the product is returned to us within 14 days of the date of your notification, in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Products returned outside the above time frames may be accepted at the sole discretion of Optima Style.
Refunds and Exchanges
Optima Style will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Delivery charges are not refundable.
Please note that refunds for products bought as gifts can only be given upon you providing us with full proof of purchase and provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot prevent the original buyer from knowing about the exchange or refund of the gift.
Optima Style will not accept returns for any non-faulty products that have been worn or used and where the tags have been removed.
Please note exchanges are subject to product availability. We can only exchange a product for the same product in a different size and/or colour, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different product.
Exchanged products can only be dispatched after the returned product has been received and undergone a quality control check.
Please be aware that international customs duties, sales taxes and any other charges that may apply are not refundable.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, including delivery charges and insurance. We shall not be responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or faulty product, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging with all tags attached. Likewise if you have received an incorrect product, you may return it to us within 14 days provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will exchange and re-send the correct product free of additional delivery charges, subject to availability, once we receive the returned product. If the correct product is no longer available, then we will issue a refund including delivery charges.
Returns Procedure
To make a return please firstly contact us by email. Please state in your email that you wish to return your product and the reason why.
Secondly, please fill in the returns form and include it with the product in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please wrap the product carefully so as to avoid damage during transit and be sure to include your name, address and a daytime telephone number on the form. If you are returning a gift, please remember to include the buyer's name and contact details.
