Three Ways to Place Your Order
1. Online Credit Card Order
The fastest and easiest way to order is by using the online shopping bag and our safe and secure online credit card payment facility. When you use this option we process your order straight away.
2. Order by Fax or Post
In this case, you still use the online shopping bag but instead of entering your credit card details, you print off the secure order form during checkout. The form will contain all the order information from your shopping session and you can fax or post it to us with your payment details. This order option is not as fast as option 1 above, but it will still save you time, because you do not have to type the whole order yourself. Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment (please see options below).

3. Order by Email or Phone
If you prefer to place an order without using the system, please email us at sales@optimastyle.com or call us on +64 21 774 275. We will be happy to help organise your order.
NB: Please do not include your credit card details in your email.
Payment Options
For orders placed online we accept:

For orders placed by fax or by post we accept:
- Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard
- Direct Credit (Bank Transfer)
- Cheque drawn on any New Zealand bank

Gift Wrapping & Gift Card
Add the finishing touch to your gift with our stylish gift wrapping, for the small charge of $3.00 per order. All you need to do is to add your preferred gift wrapping option to your shopping bag and write the message you wish to include on the gift card in the comments box during checkout.
Each order can only be sent to one delivery address. If you wish to buy gifts for two different recipients then you will be required to place separate orders for each delivery address you wish to ship to.
Shopping Step by Step
Simply select a product category from the left margin to view all the products available for that category or search our brand list.
If you see a product which you would like to know more about click on the view details button to get more detailed information such as size and colour options about that product.
If you wish to add the product to your shopping bag, select quantity, size, colour, and click on the buy now button near the desired product. Remember you can always remove the product later if you change your mind.
When you add a product to your shopping bag you will automatically be shown what products you currently have in your shopping bag or alternatively you can click on your shopping bag at any time during your shopping session.
To change the quantity for a specific product, key in the new quantity next to the product and click on update. To remove a product from your shopping bag, place a tick in the remove box next to the product and click on update. Make sure you click on update after changing any quantities or removing any products to actually update your shopping bag.
To resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the continue shopping button.
When you have finished your shopping session, simply click on the checkout button to commence our safe and secure checkout.
Checking Out
If you are a first time customer at Optima Style, then you will need to register with us first. Registering is a simple process and only needs to be done once. If you have previously registered with us, simply use your email and password to log in.
Checking out is a simple 4-step process:
- Fill in your personal details
- Fill in your shipping details
- Enter your credit card details for processing, using our secure online payment facility
- Review and confirm the order and the Terms and Conditions
OR
If you do not wish to pay by credit card online, you have the option to print off your order form at this point. The form will contain all the order information from your shopping session and you can fax or post it to us with your payment details.
Acknowledgment of Order
When we have received your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the details of your order including the products ordered, personal details and shipping details.
Confirmation of Dispatch
Once we have processed and dispatched your order, we will email you a dispatch confirmation, listing the tracking number, if applicable.
